If you are new to running, returning to running or need some motivation to start your fitness journey this course could be for you!

The course runs for 10 weeks from 10 January until 14 March.

We meet every Saturday at the Wilmslow Phoenix Sports Club in Styal (Postcode SK9 4HP) ready to start at 10.30 am.

Each week we will encourage and guide you through different aspects of running and gradually increase your running time and distance in preparation for your 5k finale.

I confirm that I understand participation in this group is entirely at my own risk. Running is a physical activity that carries normal risks of injury. I will consult my doctor before taking part if I have any medical condition that could make running unsafe for me.
