Please take care on uneven ground watch out for trip hazards(Tree roots, stones, pot holes and high curbs) and be conscious that we are running on some open roads.

All distances approximate.

Start with 5 mins dynamic stretches plus a short jog warm up/cool down get your heart rate up. Up to coach/leader.

Group 1 ;TBC or  1.61k warm up, 6 - 8 x 1k @5k pace 2 minutes recovery  1.61k cool down.

Group 2 ; 1.61k warm up, 6  x 1k @5k pace 2 minutes recovery   1.61k cool down.

Group 3 ; 1.61k warm up, 4 x 1k @5k pace 2 minutes recovery   1.61k cool down.

Please remember to start off and finish with stretches Dynamic before/Static afterwards and a slow warm up/ cool down.

Tonight is our first Awayday of the year!!!​

Please try to be there to run  by 6.15 pm

THERE WILL BE LOTS OF DIFFERENT PACES SO DONT BE SHY NO ONE WILL BE LEFT BEHIND.
