Start with 5mins dynamic stretches (star jumps, high knees, skip, greek dancing)
All distances approximate.
Group 1. 12 x 2 min hills (Styal Mill hill).
Group 2. 10 x 2 min hills (Hill from club up towards Honey Bee)
Group 3. 10 x hill (Hill from roundabout near airport tunnels up to the runway, the old Altrincham Road)
1.5k cool down.
